Unavailability issue but no alarm

Any one has this problem ?
Site suddenly has unavailability issue without any alarm, another site have the same issue with the same start date.

Hi gito,

Can you check the BTS software version. I have ever found the same case like you.
No alarm for site which was down after upgrade the BTS software. The software was corrupt and ID alarm EAC was deleted. I think the upgrade was fail/corrupt and we re-download the software again.

Here s the NodeB Version

DBS3900 WCDMA V200R011ENGC00SPC620 . Actually there was no Node B upgrade during that time, but maybe i will try to re download the firmware

Can u check the OSS end also , since we face outage but was not getting refelected in OSS,
