I have a problem with RBS 6201

Hi all
I have a problem with the RBS 6201. The E1 node primary down 24seg each 3hs 10min aprox.
If you see the E1 from BSC each 3hs 9min or 3hs 12min, the quality DIP is unavailable (AIS) 23/25seg

The configuration is 4+4+4/850 node primary, 4+4+8 (2DUG) other nodes. One E1 each DUG + cascade to DUG/850
We are working OMT 44A, then make IDB with OMT 44C.
We have commissioned and integrate 150 sites. Only we have problem with this site.

These are the test performed

- We have performed e physical loop more 4hs on the 3 E1, but the same every time were working.
- We switch E1 and change cables, but the issue still was present.
- We change node primary to first DUG-1900 and the issue passed to first DUG-1900!!!!
- We return node primary to DUG-850 and the issue passed to DUG-850
- We change DUG-850 by DUG-1900 (same original flash card), the issue still in DUG-850
- We change flash card, we do new IDB, and same problem. Node primary DUG-850 down 24seg each 3hs, 10min
- We change SHU, SCU, EC cables, but same problem.

We can´t know, where o who (card/eq) is putting a reset to DUG each 3hs, 10min.
We pass E/// 2nd line, but as RBS is not saving alarm, they don´t found question.

If somebody found this problem, I would be very grateful the experience.

What kind of transmission do you have? Microwave ?

Yes, but...
Today find the problem.
One PDU, time to time, a led yelow was present flickering, and not allowed to see the alarms from the SHU.
It was also to blame every 3hrs got a reset to the RBS too.
We changed the PDU and the issue was solved.
