if your Group are not equal or higher than Member Group, You are not allowed to download attachments.

To be Member Group,you need:
1.at least 1 posts;
2.registered more than 1 days;
3.your reputation is equal or higher than 11. (From March 2,2009)

And
after May 1, 2009, you need reputation >12
after Jul 1, 2009, you need reputation >13
after Sep 1, 2009, you need reputation >14
after Nov 1, 2009, you need reputation >15
How to increase reputation?

Hi, I'm newbie here. The forum looks quite interesting, something that many engineers have been searching for years. However, I'm trying to understand the rules to download attachments and see the pictures but I'm not quite sure if the comment quoted applies or I need to post 10 comments like some othe messages show.
