Reputation is usually increased when you post books, training manuals, software, tutorials, etc. and other people like it enough to increase your reputation. So, people increase your reputation when they get something from you.

Please do not try earn reputation by adding reputation each other, We consider it as cheating behavior and will punish both of them(reset reputation and reputation power).

ps:We will check the reputation activites every month, if such behaviors found,their reputation and reputation power will be reset to original values.
