if your Group are not equal or higher than Member Group, You are not allowed to download attachments.

To be Member Group,you need:
1.at least 1 posts;
2.registered more than 1 days;
3.your reputation is equal or higher than 11. (From March 2,2009)

And
after May 1, 2009, you need reputation >12
after Jul 1, 2009, you need reputation >13
after Sep 1, 2009, you need reputation >14
after Nov 1, 2009, you need reputation >15

ONE QUESTION: how to increase reputation? i replied several times but my reputation not increase! does it means someone else reply my post then my reputation increase?

1.NOT 10 posts,it's 20 posts.But not "thanks","great..." posts,say something useful.
2.it's not posts reason,it is because the uploader not create a collector account.
3.not your problem
4.yes, 7 days, 3 posts per day on average.

from March 1,2009,no 20 posts limits anymore.You only need reputation equal or more than 11.
