How to decode >> UCELL GCELLId from Nastar

Hi All,

After i query the UCell_GCell from Nastar ( this will show the source 3G Cell ID and its Target 2G Cell ID with attempt & success),
I get the ID as below:

UCELLGCELLId >> 1000:520:99:12601:16457

May someone know how to decode it and what is the meaning of this?
