try to unrar in another folder (my folder is: C:\Program Files\PCHRAnalyze - R13\) , if doesnt work copy and rename another version XML (a similar version) to the missing version ( XML files in ...\CONFIG\RNC ), it worked for me with coverage analysis (my PCHR logs version : TT__TOOLMBSC V900R012 C01SPH516 , TT__TOOLMBSC V900R013 C00SPH532 ).
...or maybe someone has all the correct XML files? (C:\Program Files\PCHRAnalyze - R13\CONFIG\RNC , \LOGDB , \NODEB )

What you mean PCHR. PCHR Analyser or PCHR Logs from BAM ?

You can do a IOS trace on LMT. There have a option "propagation delay"
