    i know, i made this thread because the shared file in the link you posted above is password-ed and 3 months the the member who post the thread didn't the pass even other member give thx and repp, it against the rule. check the last post of the thread you've linked there is my post to go this thread if anyone want the doc

    This document is not password protected.
    It provides good overview of LTE and planning principles.
