HUAWEI E1820 AND TI 9

Dear All,
i can use HUAWEI E1820 HSPA+ (21mbps) modem with TI9 and TI9.1.
i can connect, make FTP UL/DL, Dial up connection and any activity.
However i TI9 doesnt monitor or show such parameters as RSCP, Ec/Io Ec/No.
it monitors Tx parameters of modem,
Does anybody have any suggestion?
i dont experience same problem with TI10.
