Good rules, I agree with all points - warning before ban is good as well.

    Dear Kamy,
about 1.5 : all of us might be need some materials which are not available in our area...I had one case which I needed wimax scanner and I could buy from one member.
That's better to open one box or section for selling and requesting matterials or...

Please do not approve password which is not default...I know one person which get more than 300 rep in this way..(if you like I can give you to check)
And for so many topics when I sent PM "I added thanks and rep please send me pass" he did not answer.

And please add some rules for deleting the post,
And Please consider that topic should not be easily searchable in google especially med and installers.
For example if you search Xcal and Xcap it will appear in5 or 6 result to link this site.
I think might be they complain and this site be punished like as megaupload.
    We donot like this....

Thanks a lot for your all support and attention.

i agree with beniy, but that gives question for doc with copyright material, does it count piracy according sopa? i don' know the location of this server, maybe not in US, but to keep an alert about this sopa thing going so far, so we must have a setup about this for the bright future of this forum.

anyone has idea about this one?

the previous act about changing the file name and passwording the file maybe help on this one, but that bother other member to open the file and cheating action about add rep/thx first before get the pass. maybe anyone has another bright idea about this one..

I suggest that the rule "putting passwords to the material which is not med of rf_related software" is necessary to correct.
For example when I share docs in external file share I always use default password.

    @tester

you can set your pw to documment in two cases
    1. With your default pw, this pw must be post in default pw area or in your signature
    2. with the different pw but this pw must be post together with document in the attachment or on the post
