TEMs Investigation 12 playback without license

Hi all,

Can anyone enlighten me that, can Tems investigation perform logfile playback without dongle license please?

Anyway you need original dongle for run the TEMS Investigation software.

i'm afraid you cannot playback a file without a dongle. you see from TI 12, you cannot even load the software without a dongle, so no playback at all...
unfortunately for us, they have changed their licensing model...

yeap that is correct

You can play the files without dongle if you have a network license (SL HASP license). A dongle holds a hardware license (HASL HL).

It's actually from TEMS 9.1 (time when ASCOM bought TEMS) you need a read only dongle for replay - before it was free. ASCOM sells those for about 250EUR/piece. For companies using TEMS extensively this is discounted - some get it for 100... that's about it... concluding this with "I love ascom" for destroying such a good tool by being greedy.

Meaning Anyhow, license are required for this. Thats too bad then...
