    Default second carrier HSPA performance

    Equpment: E*******, Ip second carrier

    does anyone has an idea how to track cells with no HSPA 2nd carrier traffic?
    thing is on E// RBS sometimes cells have no alarms, but there is no packet throughput for UEs, the remedy is usually cold restart.
    Does anyone know how to monitor, if and when the cell goes to "sleep" state?
    We can check the ethernetswitchport octetsHi/low or gigabitethernet counters, but this does't do the trick since this is a cumulative counter and there is traffic from normal working cells...

    Does anyone have a similar problem and how did you resolve it?

    ==================

    I suggest you monitor the HS Power utilization VS Non_HS Power utilization.
    using GPEH or pm counters.

    if it is pm counter you need an array to extract those pdf counters.
