Default Network configuration export in CSV format

    Dear Masters,

I need you help. I want to export actual configuration from CM manager in CSV format, and it is asking for "profile file". I want to know what it is really and if anyone should upload a template for GSM it will be helpfull. We are using RAN 12.

    Thanks

From Netact you export in xml files. And then from xml file you generate csv file. What do you use for the last conversion could you specify?

    Hi Aly,

you are right that you can export the netact db into the csv format.. but it needs the profile file for exporting this is useful when you are exporting a single managed object and not all managed object. the profile file is different for all managed object according to the parameter.. to be frank i have never tried to export all managed object with a single profile. best way to do it is export in xml which u can covert into access db using plan editor and then if needed can be exported in to excel!!

    Hi,
you can export configuration files as CSV format by using profile files
you can get these profiles files form this path in netact:
    /etc/opt/nokia/oss/rac/conf/profiles

    Thanks
