I don't know about a solution for this issue... as I can see med for this tool has become a rarity and that's understandable. Anyways, it will work if you open several files as well... might crash (give you the same error) in case you reach RAM limit on your computer. In my case (6GB RAM) I can open 500MB of TEMS files quite safely. You can not close them and load new ones - you have to restart the tool. TEMS files tend to be "heavy" for Actix and I prefer to avoid using Actix when dealing with them. Nemo, R&S, tend to be easier to digest and there I can load over 1GB of recordings in one setting which is quite OK.

You are right, your idea is working - but is there a permanent solution for this critical issue? as it still happens in case of opening multiple logs..
Actix is one of the most used Apps and facing this issue from time to time is very boring

Hello, can anyone help me? I'm trying to find something that will allow me to view my W995 tems log files. I have downloaded Actix and a med that is available, but it will not open tems.log files. All I really need to do is view the log files to see error messages etc..I may be able to trade, but what I'm not sure..Please help..Thank you...

do you mean pocket log?
if yes ACTIX cannot open it. You can use Nemo Analyzer

I am currently working on Tems Data. I opened around 600 of data together and it worked fine. But after using the repository for few hours it crashed. After re installing and restarting I can open Agilent but Tems files are not opening
