Dear Decisive,

I followed the re arranged installation file of Atoll 3.1 but having error "Protection key Error 71".
I am using WIN7 64 bit.

1) do I need to copy the "lic" file in the folder "Full Installation of Atoll 3.1.0.3730\license_manached_pached\lic" to some other folder?

2)when "install.cmd" is run what message is displayed in the cmd window?

3)Do I need to copy 7 files in the folder "Full Installation of Atoll 3.1.0.3730\Multikey\MultiKey64" to some other folder ?

Please help in this regards what can i do to run the licence for Atoll 3.1

Hi ruedeberry,
I guess I mentioned in the steps that you need to copy the "Lic" file to the installation folder which's usually "C:\Program Files (x86)\Forsk\Atoll" in Win7(64bit).

follow the steps exactly and you should have no problems

When i run the file install.cmd the next message appear "no devices were removed, devcon failed Press any key to continue" it is ok? i don't think so how i can fix this?
