Following to my previous post at http://www.finetopix.com/showthread....rameter-Parser , I have included the guide and parser made by T-mobile USA.

Please find the attached files:

1. How to Parse Nokia Dump (Complete Guide).
2. UMTS XML Plan Generator v 2.6 (Macro used in the guide, tested).
3. UMTS XML Plan Parser v 3.0 (Macro untested).

I leave my friends to test UMTS XML Plan Parser v3.0.

I write i program who can extract parameter from nokia bsc.

but i have a problem, how we can extract KPI from NOKIA BSC measurment automaticaly

I haven't tried BSC Dump with it. I don't think it supports !!

I don't know about 2G , but in 3G, you need to activate the Measurements in RNC application manager.

Im getting error when I open the XML Plan Generator.. it says its not valid on this machine.

I have to report the same, different error but still unable to load with excel 2010

error message

"This workbook has lost its VBA project, ActiveX controls and any other programmability-related features."

I used Office 2007, appreciate if you post the snapshot of the error and try to google on it.

It is not a macro issue, it is something related with the security.

When I tried to open "UMTS XML Plan Generator ver2.6.xls", I am getting "Could not load an object because it is not available on this machine." error message.
