I found solution for this error message.

Although I received Parsing Completed message, I couldn't see result. All sheets are blank. I am using RU10.

I tested it on RU20 dump, not sure if it will work on RU10. Please note that this parser was made by Operator. (T-mobile USA).

When I tried to open "UMTS XML Plan Generator ver2.6.xls", I am getting "Could not load an object because it is not available on this machine." error message.

Those people who are getting this message need to register files (COMDLG32.OCX) using the following command. Place the ocx file in C:\Windows\System32 folder and register it. You can also try by registering REFEDIT.DLL, MSCOMCT2.OCX, MSCOMCT1.OCX files

regsvr32 %Systemroot%\System32\comdlg32.ocx

Tried 2.6 on home pc which has excel 2007 and worked with out any issues, im thinking macro not compatable with excel 2010.

Any one know how to convert to 2010 ?

Yes, you're right it's not compatible with excel 2010. First I tried with excel-2010. After tried with 2007. 2007 is ok. No any issue.

I tried to edit macro in 2007 but I am unable to, all edit options are greyed out.

any one have any ideas how to convert to 2010 ?
