ADJW Creation Error in ONE BSC Only

Hi

The NOC guy reporting error during implementation ADJW creation.

It was 3 BSCs were included for XML implementation.
2 BSCs were oke without error,but one BSC reported error without telling the root cause.
It just saying "INVALID PARAMETER" without telling the Parameters Name.

Previously on S12 never error like this. But since S14 and S15 sometimes it showing error like this.

Is there someone having same experienced with me?

Do you have any ADJW in this BSC? Maybe the feature ISHO_SUPPORT_IN_BSC is not activated. You can check it with command ZWOS:2,739; in BSC

Hi alb_elezi thanks for your time.
The feature is activated already,and there is ADJW for this BSC.
Finally we used MML Command to create.

from what i can see from the csv the file is in internal value format.

so based on that observation i can identify 4 causes which might have led to the failure in that bsc.

1. check whether Adjwid you are trying to use is already repeated.
2. As minEcno value is internal value format - check file was imported as UI format file!!! which will make this value non acceptable and invalid.
3. the defination in target points to external cell!! is it so that you have non - nsn 3G sites.!!! if internal then DN is invalid, also i suggest DN from your csv as it is not required for any parameter till you provide other parameter like adjacent ci,lac,mcc, mnc.
4. intSystemDaEcioThr same as point 2.

I think the wrong data is targetCellDN which should look like this "PLMN-PLMN/RNC-100/WBTS-1419/WCEL-7" your ADJW should point to a WCEL not EWCE(these are not managed WCEL's which are created by OSS to do its tasks).

PLEASE CHECK THE Q3 VERSION OF bsc.

ALSO RUN THE q3versmx -bscid 12345 -bscvers S15 -trace UPLOAD IN THAT BSC
