recently I have got new PC in which I ttied to install PL5 programm using the same source installed successfuly in privious time, but the program is not responding.

If u have office 2007 on your pc the pl5 will not work in som case.u must unistall the office 2007

Try To check if Office groove runing, or maybe your usb connection error (for error 1010)

Thank you so much for your reply, let me give mor details:

OS win XP sp2, the same as my privious PC.
my new µSoft Office en 2010 (the old was en office 2007).

if Offic 2010 is the problem, so plz advice whatis the solution,

actualy, original installation prg is not reponding and also after applying "June updating"

I agreed with you, office 2007 has no problem with PL5.

You should remove "Sharepoint Workspace on Office 2010"

Dear Forum,

I remenber Pathloss in wikipedia web page they are mentioning about "not reponsding problem but its so old even", cansuch problem will be regenerated with Office 2010!!!

if so what office componenet can be the problem or maybe netframe work... this is just supposition.
