    Default IRAT HO failure

    What can be the reason for the high number of pmNoFailOutIratHoSpeechReturnOldChPhyChFail counter? If somebody knows the reason, pls help with solution.

    The equipment is E*******.

    hi
    it means channel failure from 2G side .
    Do investigate in 2G coverage & Interference (common BCCH , .. etc)

    Agree with GSM coverage check. Also verify external cell definition of GSM neighbor defined on the RNC if it is consitent with the current defined GSM cell parameter

    Check mo handover from moshell
    get Handover=1 fddGsmHOSupp
    have to be enabled

    it could be congestion in 2G side.
