QxDM with new Huawei E392 FDD/TDD Multimode LTE support

Newest versions of QxDM and QPST with Qualcomm LTE chipset modems support.
Tested with the new Huawei E392 FDD/TDD Multimode LTE dongle is supported and drive test logs of QxDM can be post-processed with Actix.

not the latest version.... it was not a question...
they are the last version with med and support for LTE available all around, if you have newer version you can share as this is the idea of the forum.

Hi gigel, is it possible to post some LTE FDD log files from QxDM (.isf) for me to have a look at? Just a PS setup, download and release and if you have a inter eNodeB handover. thanks
