E******* 3G (UMTS/HSPA+) RNC capacity and voice and data calculation

Hi Guys,

Anyone has a document or the procedure to check the capacity on voice and data on a 3G System RNC, nodeBs, Cells in voice and data ?

I'm new on 3G but I know that there are different areas we have to check for example:

Utilization of Channel Elements on UL and DL. to indentify if there is blocking.
Throughput on data UMTS(R99), HighSpeed services.
Code Utilization. to identify if we have blocking by due to lack of codes on R99 or HS.
Code distribution (fixed vs dynamic)
Power
etc...

I have some questions:

How to check the utilization/capacity on the data link from the NodeB ?
How to check the distribution of Channel Elements per service? i.e. 20% voice calls, 40% data R99, 40% data HS, etc... is it possible?
How to check the RNC modules or parts that could be affecting the services ? Links, processing units, etc...

I would really appreciate any help or guidance on this matter.
