Hi Guys,
Anyone has a document or the procedure to check the capacity on voice and data on a BSC or 2G system ?

I know there are different areas we have to check for example:

Congestion/Blocking on voice traffic channels per Cell. Considering AMR HR. Will lead to install new TRX, Radios, Cabinets, etc.
Low throughput on Data channels per Cell. Will lead to install new TRX, Radios, Cabinets, etc.
E1 or T1 ports available in the BSC. Will tell us is we can connect more sites or expand a site. or create A-links to the MSC if required.
Voice Traffic on A-Links to the MSC. Will tell us of we need more capacity. How to calculate?
Data Traffic on the AGPRS links to the SGSN. Will tell us if the data traffic is reaching the capacity. How to calculate?
