I have .apk file for nemo handy extracted from htc desire hd.
can anybody help me activatethis on my own android phone?

If you have .apk you can simply install the file across astro manager appliaction. Move your installer file on a sd card. Insert sd into phone and then with Astro install it into phone.

I used this tools astro but when i tried to install nemo but it didn't accept to install ..

In order for Nemo Handy began to work, you need a special firmware for your phone. This has already been written modoko, in the post 8.

but what i want is to make it work to all devices running on android.

i have installed it on my Samsung Galaxy S .. its installed but when i am opening it , its showing the message " No License"
