    Default WCDMA CS/ PS Problem

    In Our Network ( Bangladesh) Customer is facing the following problems while Idle Mode 1. PS Service == Ok, CS isn't working ( Other party getting switch off) 2. CS Service == Ok, PS isn't working ( can't browse) But Customer is using Handset Samsung S3/S4/S2 series. Need Expert suggestion.

    maybe u need Multi RAB license
    Are there 2 domains: CS and PS in SIB3?
