    Default BCCH-Index

Hello, what does BCCH-Index mean in TEMS? How is the relation between BA List & BCCH-Index and where can I see it in BSS side?

BCCH index is BA List starting from 0, 1, 2.

Start from the lowest value in BCCH list and give it 0 and then so on,

if there are BCCHs like 108,114,122,115,109,119 then

    108.....0
    109.....1
    114.....2
    115.....3
    119.....4
    122.....5

BA -IND: (BA Sequence Number Indication)
0 – List number 0 is being broadcasted
1 – List number 1 is being broadcasted
The BA-IND bit provides the network with the ability to change the BA list (adding or deleting neighbors) without interrupting the MS measurement procedures.

I think my question is not clear

In the above attahed file you can see circled numbers. The first one in that list:

    RxLev BSIC BCCH-Index

    45 1-6 0-0

    BCCH-Index: "0-0". What does 0-0 mean?

    Hi,

Actually your question has been answered here!! BA List is a list in the network in which you put the neighbor's frequency in, this list is used for interference analysis.. the list can be from 0-31 / 0-30 / 0-29 based on the configuration used, each index indicate a unique frequency to be measured!! so you just need to go the site check the BA list in the site and then you can see what actual BCCH was being measured at that time, though this is not feasible if you have more than 32 frequency as then the value of the frequency to the reference index can change if BA list rotation is in use.
If you think this has been useful adding to the Reputation is appreciated Default Pass: Nsn@12345678

I did not ask "What is BAList", I asked what is BCCH-Index in Measurement Report of TEMS Investigation.

Answer given by Dawaj is correct one for your query.

TEMS gives BCCH Index to each neighbour BCCH in increasing order. The smallest freq in your neighbour list will be given an index of 0-0 and next freq as 0-1 and so on....... till 3-2. It is of two digits as maximum limit of defining neighbors is 32
