Just identified the root cause, you have to use 7zip to unzip the file, otherwise it can't be open if you use winrar or winzip to unzip the software.....

Thanks waha for getting that straight i have used 7z for zipping my files so use it for unzipping.

OK.........I found it on the forum as part of something else....

Contains LTE link budget and site count.... nice excel...

Here I have noticed that it is better to keep the excel in original format and not save as .xlsm

Use 7z to unzip.

good job in finding the buggy on. so that you are just aware the tool is currently at 2.3.6 many things have changed in it
