Dear readers,

I need to create and import Clutter Data for Belgium LTE project on Atoll 3.2.1 application. I currently have access to Global Mapper 16.1, & OCAD 11.5.6.2031, but
I'm still unable to workout how to create Clutter Data, 'Cutter, Height, Ortho, Vector' then import via 'Index' as captions show below.

In addition, I have downloaded map data of 'Belgium' from ADTI in '.RGE' and '.RSO' compressed formats, but I'm stuck how to convert these file format's to
produce the information I require for Atoll 3.2.1 DTM files etc.,

Could someone urgently help me thanks

Can you give more detailed description of what you doing and exactly where to stacked if possible with screenshots.

Just to further explin my point, I'm attempting create a new LTE project by importing required geographic data
involving (terrain, clutter, roads, etc.).

All i needed to know is, how does one create or collate this 'Geographic data set', including the appropriate file
format, for Belgium in my case, prior to imprting into Atoll project.

From free sources the resolution couldn't be better then 90m once I've mentioned it before. You can try to create couple of layers of Belgium from SHP files mentioned in the link to it by using GM12 or later ...

You can convert the shp to mapinfo tab with with global mapper very easy...
