    What program opens these files?

    its just height clutter and vector data for Australia.. not specific for AIRCOM

    Thanks probabaja. Any way to unpack it back to geo and sol? Is is proprietary compression? I tried 7zip but it wouldn't look at it. Maybe someone will have to look at what ICS and Designer does with it?

    In ICS Telecom v12.8.0 open *.RGE for digital terrain model, open *.RSO for clutter.
    In File Save Save DTM/DEM file(.GEO) for GEO File
    In File Save Save Clutter file (SOL) for SOL file.
    Now you can use *.GEO and *.SOL in project.
