The resolution is diferent because Planet converts Real64/Real32 back to INT16.
This means you're loosing resolution.
Better step is to convert asset to IMG / ESRI format and then use ICS MAP server e.g.

Can I use ICS map server to import height to *.geo and clutter to *.sol and *pal?
In the import/export option there are only available ICS1 andI CS2. Sorry, I'm not familiar with ICS map server.

At least I found 12 ESRI format data (.bil, .bip, .bsq, .adf, .e00, .gen, .asc, .grd, .dxf, .dwg, .shp, .json). Which one is suitable for Clutter and Height?

I can't to convert from asset file to .asc. I don't know why.
Do you know how to modify clutter code? There are clutter code 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30 in the asset code. I want to change it into 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 because ICS Telecom only have 0-19 for clutter code.

@freqzt : for 5m res that belong to customer (company's stuff). If you have budget why don't you contact the map supplier? I think it cost too much if you are going to use for yourself.

Do you have another map for all 6 Island in Indonesia or higher resolution for jabotabek?
Could you tell me how to open this map using global mapper? When I select the file global mapper ask me to choose the overlay type but I don't what is the suitable one.

@freqzt : I've check my old HD and found map for only Cities in Sumatra ( Bandar Lampung, Palembang, Padang and Medan) with all 20m res and Batam+Bintan island with 50m res. For the whole Sumatra island I forgot where to store it, I still remember it's 50m res. So, which city do you need it? Sorry to asking this due to my internet connection so slow and take time if I upload it all.
