Did reproject from EPSG3035 projection to wgs84 system UTM34. Descriptions of the Clutter classes was not in the original file. You must assign yourself.

can you guide how to reproject from one projection to another? I'm trying with following files without success. I, too, want to convert ATDI files to Atoll format

I downloaded and looked at these maps. They are in the projection of Lambert. If anyone knows the parameters of this projection (this is an example):
DATUM["WGS_1984",
PROJECTION["Lambert_Conformal_Conic_2SP"],
["False_Easting",0],
["False_Northing",0],
["Central_Meridian",105],
["Standard_Parallel_1",30],
["Standard_Parallel_2",62],
["Latitude_Of_Origin",0],
It is possible to accomplish reproject. in ATDI, they failed to see the projection settings.

I tried with the parameters that you provided, but there's still projection error. Could you please look the following file

The imported country vector file doesn't correctly overlap the DEM file. As per the image in atdi site, the "China_29.zip" file should entirely bound upper part of the country vector.

I just wrote that the value of these parameters is unknown to me and there is no information in the maps that have been downloaded.

Tutorial atdi maps RGE -> other format
Open atdi maps data in ICS Telecom EV (works without dongle 7 min).
File->Convert->Convert DTM to grid ASCII->save as xxxx.asc file
Tools->Cartographic conversions ->Check cartographic projection (example EPSG3035)
Open ascii file in Global mapper, ESRI ArcGIS,....
Select projection for ascii file: -> search by epsg code: 3035
