Signaling link data to voice data ratio

Hi Guys,

I would like to ask what is the ratio of the above subject. For example, how many A-interface Circuits can one Low speed link cater to reach its maximum utilization? How about for High speed link? In ISUP i think 1 LSL can support 4096 CICs. Please help and I am willing to give reps! Thanks in advance!
