Hi,

Currently there are very few network in the world which are on s15 and fewer still which use DHR parameter with OSC.... To get the all parameter irrespective of which software version the BSC is on please use plan editor, prerequisite for it that you should have access to CM Operation manager so that you can export the dump in xml format and in internal value, UI values export will not work.. or someone who can give you the export and then use plan editor to get it in access database format from where you can get it excel format.
