XML update plan for COCO

Guys, Is there anyone of you doing such a thing ?
we need to modify 1000 COCOs and if we cannot find our way through XML plan (to upload with CM OPERATION MANAGER) we´ll have to do it by HAND !!!
if anyone know how to perform an update on COCOs parameters I really appreciate...

PS:
we know already how to create a COCO using only XML but the "update" procedure seems to be tricky or impossible ....

you can create a plan, only thing any coco's with auto cdvt values can not be modified, will have to be deleted.

we need to change this: <p name="AAL2UPUsage">7</p>
...the only way we got it working was giving ALL parameters to the "update" xml.
on small question. what is "cdvt" as you put it...
