Difference between ET2E-T and ET2E-TB

I'm decommissioning some SGSN and MSC units.

Seems the ET2E-T and ET2E-TB (Exchange Terminal) plugins may have some resale value.

What's the difference between these two? Any comments on re-use usefulness, and issues with Nokia licencing, or other problems in resale?
