    I think, I have passed basic requirements in terms of post and rep (even i cant see now but before i checked it was about 198 and I had joined since 2008) to become senior member.
    Could you please check and update my status.

    It is AND between conditions ? For example if somebody has below 200 posts BUT his reputation is above 200 can get to senior level ?
