    Yep, I think it's so difficult to become VIP member, and fairly difficult to become Senior Member.
    But I think that you will take more advantage when to be.

    Try to do hard work.
    Find some useful documents and post them.
    Share your knowledge and new training documents.
    We will get the senior level. Believe in future.

    Actually the problem is, All posts have equal weight.Logically it shouldn't be so.
    If someone is sharing a very good document/experience then he should be getting more points/reputatuion for encouragement otherwise he would also share the common material which we see everyday, just to raise his number of posts & reputation.

    i have tons of document and less 30% of them have been read.
    personally, i would appreciate more user who help my live opt case rather than doc.

    How to evaluate the weight of each post?

    I think softwares and tools in this forum have highest weight...

    I also agree with tukangoptim's opinion...
