Load all the Mo's up, make a u+ and lrdel the Utranrelations, u- and end the sesssion, edit the file and then run the file back in, remember the rule on neighbours there is a limit to how many you are allowed.

CR utrancell=****,utranrealtion=****
next it will ask you the LDN for the utranrelation, enter that.
Might ask for some other param values, enter those and the relation is created.
