try to roll back the drivers installed from your laptop and install/update this driver attached. As you can see, it should indicate "Sony E******* Device 039..." as other will indicate "Sony E******* Device 0016.." from your device manager. Updating driver will fix your problem and can connect to TI 9 surely

This is GDFS from TEMS Activated K800i phone,
Use it the way we use on K790,
Not sure about Calibration data,
Backup your GDFS first before doing anything to your phone.
