for the measurement and statistics we use spots in siemens side we collect measement from the NE to bsc hard drive we send it to radio commander and then to spots for analyses but here there is a problem that spots run under solaris 10 and the software is very protected there only few copy of that i mean no body give this soft and you can only access it remotly via remote desktop
