RAN effects on New MSC launch, MSS Pool

1- What needs to be done on E******* RAN part when a new MSC is to be launched for 2G/3G network? What things should we cater as RF Optimization Engineer?

2- We have a project where E******* MSC Pool will be installed, meaning that we will have redundant MSC's, replacing the old MSC's. What needs to be catered in this project for an E******* RF Optimization Engineer? What effects can be on paging, SDCCH, any solution for global paging? LAC, RAC Planning details etc?
