    Does anyone know how to query these counters in Moshell/Amos?

    pmTotNoRrcConnectReqSuccess
    pmTotNoRrcConnectReq
    pmNoRabEstablishAttemptPacketInteractiveHs

    moshell to the rnc and then type

    get utrancell=xxxxx pmTotNoRrcConnectReqSuccess|pmTotNoRrcConnectReq|pmNoRabEstablishAttemptPacketInteractiveHs

    or you can do this individually..

    get utrancell=xxxxx pmTotNoRrcConnectReqSuccess ......etc

    If You want for all Cells in RNC....
    pmx . pmRRCXXXXXX -s YYYYMMDD. 0400 -e YYYYMMDD. 1800
