the preset values of HR and FR AMR are already preset in the MSC, for e.g the values selected for AMR FR are set from 7.4 kbit/s onwards and the values for HR are set from 4.75 kbits/s to 6.7 kbit/s.

why not have the same list of values for both HR and FR?

also i can find that the Huawei licence doesn't support AMR2, what does AMR2 mean?

and.. i have tried to set the same set of values for both FR and HR, and cannot run the commands.

please explain the concept of AMR if possible.
