Can PCHR or CHR analysis tools display the failure event lat long?

Hi all,

Anyone knows that which software able to analyze CHR or PCHR data with details data on the RF condition(RSCP & EcNo) during failure event? I am most concern if any tools able to display the Lat Long for the failure event took place.
