In attachment you can find some resources from ASAP (last version) files: ASAP Utilities.xla, install as addin.xls .... Code is written in visual basic. ASAP_Utilities.dll is also witten in Visual Basic. In this file probably is routine for serial number verification.

Does it work for 2010 64 bit?? I am installing it but it gives message that the excel for which it works is 32 bit.
Kindly inform.

On the author site is written:

"ASAP Utilities 4 will run on all computers that meet the requirements of MS Office Excel 2000, 2002/XP, 2003, 2007 or 2010(32 bit) and have MS Windows, both 32 and 64 bit, as operating system (for example Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7, 64 bit systems, Terminal Server etc.). For people that still use Excel 97 there is a (very) old version available. With regards to Excel 2010 (former Excel 14), only the 32 bits version of Excel 2010 supports ASAP Utilities at this moment."
