How to start IMSI Trace in Huawei RNC

As there any one who can explain to start IMSI trace in Huawei RNC ?
And is there any tool to read the IMSI trace log ?

The attached document is very interesting. However I would like to stress on one thing to make use of the trace you need to understand the signaling procedure first for instance starting a call, handover, etc.

There has a been an excellent post about RNC signaling in this forum. It is easy and it will help you to understand signalling quickly. PM me in case you could not find it.

it's simple :
from IM2000 ==> open "network topology" ==> right click on the RNC that you want to do the trace for ==> then chose " maintenance client " ==> internet explorer will open and show you what called " web LMT " ==> from "web LMT" you can do the trace & live monitoring .
the trace is very simple because the web LMT interface is very friendly .
for example : all you have to do for UE trace is to insert the IMSI or MSISDN then define the trace period and click start . when you finish tracing , click stop & save the trace file .

check the attache file it will be very useful for you .

cant we use wireshark to view the trace.... i was about to try this out but asking if anyone one has already tried it....
