Optimization Newbie

Hi Guys,

I am just about to move to 3G Optimization. I have worked as a 3G Front Office Engineer and Back Office Engineer providing support on 3G RAN (RNC&Node Bs). Please what documents do you suggest I start reading and I wont mind if I could get some here. Thanks
