Once u install the software in c:/programfiles/aexio u will have sample files for all the formats so u can use them just copy ur data in that sample files and save them and use this tool and convert the data into KMZ format
do you know how to create Google KM files contains cells in below shape plus giving you all details of cells as in below pic

You use Aexio sofware to creat it, This convert cel file (.cel - The file is used for Tems Investigation) into kmz file (.kmz), and you can open it Google Earth. All Guide, Sample,... are included install folder.
Well, thank you. But for me it ain't working, is doesn't put any information from the sample cel files. Do you have any special advice?
