I've tried to open this file, but i've got a message "error to read parameter baseline file".

Just use it for baseline to compare with your current setting of your network

Hi, am getting following error while exporting all tables to excel/Access format after done with parsing. Can some one confirm if this tool (NEPA 3.7) is working ok for them. or kindly suggest solution on this error. Exporting to .txt formats works Ok.
