(request help) retrive KPI in NetAct Optimizer

hi,
I need some help regarding retrieving KPI data from NetAct database ..
somehow I can't get any data from main DB..
I will be in online in forum's ChatRoom for quick chat..

if anyone present with NSN Optimizer experience please join me in chatroom..

You need your OSS guys to aggregate the data in NetAct first.

Once in Optimiser go into KPI management and select the tab Retrieve KPI's.
The option you should select is Retrieve KPI's from NetAct Automatically. You must tick all the aggregation levels you want e.g. daily, daily BH etc.

There are KPI's listed under each category e.g. Adjancey Optimisation, tick all the KPI's you want to see. Once you tick a kpi there is a button call Retrieve KPI's Now. That will retrieve the selected kpi from netact.

If you still cant see how to do it, let me know and ill attach some screen shots to explain clearer.
